The Oke Amu Prestige Elite Club took its educational support initiative to L.A. Basic School, where distinguished members shared heartfelt stories of their journeys from modest beginnings to extraordinary achievements.

Prof. Ajediran Bello, a professor at the University of Ghana and the financial secretary of the club, delivered a stirring address to the pupils. Standing in the very classroom where he once studied, he recounted how determination and an unwavering focus on education propelled him to success, despite the limitations of a rural schooling environment.
“Your background does not define your future,” Prof. Ajediran Bello emphasized. “I was once where you are today, and with hard work and dedication, I became a professor. You, too, can achieve greatness.”
Using his unique appearance, which he compared to that of a foreigner, Prof. Ajediran Bello further inspired the pupils to aim for global achievements. He encouraged them to embrace their heritage while prioritizing their studies, reinforcing the belief that greatness can emerge from any corner of the world.
The event left an indelible mark on the pupils, reinforcing the club’s commitment to empowering the next generation through education and motivation.
