In a bold and compassionate move that reflects true grassroots leadership, Honourable Soliu Mutairu Adisa, fondly known as Seriki (popularly called Zeriki), hosted a remarkable empowerment programme on Monday, June 9, 2025, at ADS Primary School, Ward 03, Itesiwaju Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The event, which drew a large crowd of grateful constituents, was designed to uplift and support residents through the distribution of vital materials. Beneficiaries received agricultural tools and supplies including farming chemicals, sprayers, cutlasses, and buckets. In addition, students were not left out, as educational materials were also shared to aid their academic journey.
Addressing the attendees, Hon. Seriki reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the growth and well-being of his people. He assured Ward 03 residents that this was only the beginning, promising that more impactful initiatives were on the way as part of his mission to deliver the dividends of democracy.
The empowerment programme was not only a show of generosity but a moment of unity. Prominent religious leaders graced the occasion and offered prayers for Hon. Seriki’s continued success. Among them were Deacon M.G. Olaomo, Alfa Tijani Jimoh, and Alfa Azeez Jamiu, who all blessed the initiative and commended the Honourable for his dedication to community development.
