Mr. Rafiu Layembi, Chairman, Applauds Founder’s Enduring Support for Student Scholarships

Mr. Hammed Rafiu Layembi, Chairman of the Amuda Uthman Adebanjo Educational Development Foundation, has commended the founder for the foundation’s unwavering commitment to awarding scholarships to outstanding students in the Itesiwaju Local Government Area.

In his remarks, Layembi emphasized the foundation’s exclusive sponsorship of the scholarship program since 2018, a decision made by alumni of Ipapo Community Grammar School. He proudly noted that all beneficiaries have utilized the opportunity effectively, with the majority now enrolled in higher institutions. “None of these awards have gone to waste,” he stressed.

Layembi also acknowledged a brief pause in the program due to anticipated partnerships that did not materialize. Despite the setback, the founder continued funding the initiative independently. He expressed profound gratitude to teachers, parents, and schools across Itesiwaju Local Government Area for their ongoing cooperation and support.
