HRM Oba Yekini Ademola Abioye II, The Eleyinpo of Ipapo, extends warm felicitations to all Ipapo citizens, both at home and in the diaspora, on the joyous occasion of the New Year 2025.
In his heartfelt New Year message, the revered monarch expressed profound gratitude to God for the gift of life, enabling the people of Ipapo to witness the dawn of another year. He joined the Christian faithful at Ona Ara Baptist Church, Ipapo, for a special service dedicated to celebrating the New Year.
During the service, Oba Yekini congratulated church members and their well-wishers, expressing prayers for a year filled with development and progress for the Ipapo community. He urged the congregation to embrace the New Year as an opportunity to reassess their goals, work diligently, and support their aspirations with consistent prayers.
The monarch emphasized the value of hard work and steadfastness, urging the people to remain committed to their endeavors. He highlighted the critical role of prayer in achieving success and called on everyone to strive for excellence, while fostering unity, peace, and progress within the community.
Furthermore, Oba Yekini extended his warm greetings to Ipapo sons and daughters residing abroad, encouraging them to remember their roots and contribute to the growth of their hometown. He appealed to them to remain dedicated to the development of Ipapo, even while far from home.
