The initiative was met with praise from market stakeholders, many of whom expressed gratitude for the Foundation’s intervention. Market leaders commended the project’s positive impact on daily operations and the overall trading environment.
Miss Oyindamola Rahmon, the project coordinator, highlighted the deeper motivation behind the initiative: “The #CleanUpOyoInitiatives project was born out of a passion to create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment for all. The impact extends beyond the physical environment. At the Beulah Adeoye Foundation, we are excited to build on this momentum and explore further innovations to enhance environmental sustainability.”
Looking ahead, the Foundation plans to expand this successful model to other Local Government Areas across Oyo State. They are also exploring partnerships with local government authorities and waste management agencies to ensure the sustainability of the improvements.
